What plan does a new business start on?
Sandbox businesses start on Free. Approved live businesses default to Startup unless an admin assigns a different plan.
Do I need to pay before upgrading?
Yes. A paid-plan upgrade creates a billing invoice. The new plan is applied only after that invoice is paid.
What happens if I miss a renewal?
At the end of the grace period, paid subscription features can be reduced to the Free plan. Receiving payments stays available within plan limits.
Are gas and network costs included?
Sponsored gas is included on supported EVM and Solana networks up to your plan allowance. If allowance runs out, you can add prepaid gas credits without changing plans.
